About Rachel

Originally from North Carolina, Rachel (she/her) moved to Portland, Oregon in 2022. She graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in 2025, but has a through-line of bodywork, healing, and human connection throughout her life. Most of her experience has allied plants & people through naturalist guiding work and found this to be an exceptionally effective way to heal our relationship with the environment we live in. Now, she aims to facilitate a healing space where humans can feel safe in their bodies, and carry that safe space within them.

Her approach to massage blends her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training (2023) experience with structurally informed neuromuscular/trigger point techniques, myofascial release, deep tissue, Swedish, cupping, and craniosacral. To learn more about what the framework of a session looks like, click here.

Outside of her practice, you can typically find Rachel somewhere in the woods introducing her community to the plants she knows & loves. She enjoys learning the history of Place & stories of Plants. She has witnessed how building a relationship with the land can encourage stewardship and a greater sense of safety when outdoors. This framework of building relationship and safety is how she approaches her sessions and clients.

Rachel strives to create a safe space for her LGBTQ+ community. She is honored to be a part of bringing ease to a nervous system, chronic pain management, injury recovery, and overall comfort to a body.
